Hmm... an interesting W/N build
I've been experimenting with a bunch of builds to use as a W/N, and I've taken quite a liking to this one. I would like some feedback if you guys may, and some criticism =)
Weapon: Sword
Attributes: 12 Sword
9 Str (for shield mainly)
10 Death Magic
1. Quivering Blade (Very quick charge, very nice dmg bonus)
2. Standing Slash (In a stance 99.9% of the time, so might as well)
3. Sever/ Galrath Slash (Doesn't really matter, quivering/standing slash is nearly always up and running)
4.Watch Yourself (Helps yourself and everyone else)
5. Frenzy/ FLurry (I would use frenzy if you can cancel it fast enough when you know you'll be hit)
6. Rush (with all the adrenaline buildup, you'll be able to use this instantenously to hack monsters all over the place, and to cancel frenzy)
7. Soul Feast (Massive 200 Hp heal for 10 energy and a 1 second recharge?!?!?!?! Gotta love it, be sure to ask a minion maste rbefore using it tho =))
8. Plague Touch (Gotta love it.)
Here's how you use it-- Go into battle, slam frenzy/flurry on and watch that adrenaline charge (I use a furious hilt, and I have crazyyyy luck with it, I switch to zealous sometimes for energy management). Throw up Watch Yourself then start smacking monsters of your choice with Quivering/Standing/ Sever (or Galrath). After there dead, throw on rush to quickly move to the next baddie (and get rid of frenzy if your using it). Also use rush to cancel frenzy whenever your gonna get hit. Use plague touch to get rid of any conditions and the occassional daze inflicted by Quivering Blade. Needless to say, use soul feast for a quick and HUGE heal.
Pros: Massive Dmg dealt; nice big heals; condition removals; quick movement throughout battles; +Armor for everyone on your party
Cons: May get smacked to death with frenzy if you forget to cancel; may need some energy management; Anti-adrenaline spells= gg
Suggestions? Feedback? Criticism? I would love some =) thanks.

Con: Your wasting points into death magic for a conditional heal. Monks ftw?

Monks are only human. In your average PUG, the pressure is on everyone, not just you. You need some self-sufficiency.

at death 10 you can take consume corpse which is a smaller heal than soul feast but gives you 15 energy (net gain of 5) and you teleport to a corpse its not better but boy its fun also necrotic transversal goes well with this 5nrg cost with a 3 quarter of a second cast teleport to a corpse and poison all enemies around you anyway its fun but MM's hate you

I'm not a big fan of a 10 cost conditional heal either.
I'm also not a fan of frenzy in PvE, warriors just get targeted too much.
It would be nice to see a rez signet in there, unless you solely run with henchies.

Taste of Pain - 5 energy, 1/4 cast time, 10 recharge. Faction Skill.
If you must have death magic, I would shuggest this spell (corpses may not be readily available).
Try Curses - Parasitic bond is great. Yes wait maximum 20 seconds, but cast then attack. Cast on others if needed. You may endup getting an overheal, but so what?
Its a delayed Soul Feast (not as much healing per shot, but no corpse, gives health degen, costs less, recharges faster, can be on multiple targets).

Healing Sig ftw. If your going to put 10 into DM just for Soul Feast, you might as well put 10 into tactics plus a minor rune for healing signet and buff your WY.
And for the build, bump sword to 16.

Well, yeah. I didn't mean to say that was a good healing skill to bring. But I agree with everything you just said. Especially maxing out your weapon attribute.
